Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Regale Home Living, we’re committed to delivering your orders across India in a timely, reliable, and secure manner. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and shipping process.

Delivery Locations

We ship to most pin codes across India. However, in rare cases where delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners, your order may be cancelled and the amount (if paid) will be fully refunded.

Order Dispatch Time

All confirmed orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time & Charges

Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch (may vary based on location and courier serviceability).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID. You can monitor your delivery status using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate during checkout.
  • If you’re unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave further instructions.
  • For contactless or gated deliveries, please leave relevant instructions in the Order Notes section at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes or certain restricted zones.
  • Orders to undeliverable PIN codes will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@regale.co.in with your Order ID and product photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
